AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDERS:
The Indiana attorney general has written an opinion letter that Delta 8, 9, and 10 THC are schedule 1 narcotics and are illegal in the state of Indiana.
Recently, there have been raids on stores like ours across the state. Our hearts go out to all the businesses that have been illegally targeted and raided!
We have CLOSED our Clarksville dispensary until the injunction hearing on AUGUST 14. We are hopeful that the judge will rule these raids illegal and we will be back open immediately!
We understand and respect that some Indiana dispensaries are choosing to remain open and sell THC at this time. The safety of our staff and customers is our #1 priority, and we decided that any risk is just not worth it over the next week as we await the injunction hearing.
We are regretful that we can not serve our Clarksville community at this time and hope you will continue to shop with us online or at our Highlands and Jtown dispensaries. They are a short 20 minute drive into Louisville and if you mention you came from Indiana they will provide you with a 15% discount!

It’s all so unfair, but it is life in the cannabis biz. We are lucky we can weather this situation and manage to close for a short time to protect everyone, but more than that we are lucky to have such wonderful community supporting us! Thank you all, truly, for all the support and love.
