One Love Tribe,
As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus in our communities, we want to be transparent about what we’re doing as a company to protect our customers and employees.
First and foremost, if you choose to visit us at our shop, please know that we are doing everything we can to keep our facilities germ-free. We’ve increased the frequency of cleanings so that we are disinfecting surfaces throughout the day in addition to having the offices cleaned thoroughly at night.
Please remember that many of the services you receive in our store can also be done by phone, online, or mobile.
As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We have put restrictions on travel, are postponing events, temporarily shutting down the Dab Bar, providing remote-work solutions, wiping down and packaging mail orders with disinfectant and gloves, and continuing to reinforce safe behavior.
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed. Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work and we have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or is asked to self-isolate by a public health authority, and to provide comprehensive benefits to support them.
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our communities, but we need your help. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled health consultation, please let our customer care professionals know so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being. Additionally, we have digital solutions available to help you get the products you need.
The safety and health of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the Coronavirus situation and updating our policies as the need arises.
Starting Monday next week, our hours are changing a little. We will still open at the same time through the week, however we will be closing at 7 pm through the week and Saturday and 6 on Sunday. We look forward to seeing you in the shop, talking to you on the phone, or receiving your online order.
